Publications

ACA publish a number of key documents used extensively by the building profession. The latest are:

New publications for 2010

New forms will be published in October to compliment the PPC suite of contracts. These include a new guide to TPC and a new SPC2000 Short Form and STPC2005 a new Standard Form of Specialist Contract for Term Partnering. A Scottish suite of documents in the PPC suite is also being drafted.

ACA SFA has been updated to ACA SFA 2010 Edition in both an English Law and Scottish Law variants. These should be available shortly.
