Publications
ACA publish a number of key documents used extensively by
the building profession.
ACA's Building
Agreement was first drawn up in 1982 and it
is widely known for its clarity, brevity, flexibility and fairness to
all parties.
ACA, in partnership with solicitors Trowers & Hamlins,
published the first construction industry multi party partnering contract
PPC2000 which was launched by Sir John Egan in September 2000. This document is already
an industry standard and on 3rd October 2007 International versions of PPC and SPC become available.
All hard copy publications are available direct from ACA by mail order – use
the Order form on this site.
There is a PPC2000 dedicated website at www.ppc2000.co.uk for
further information on ACA's partnering contracts.
