Membership is by individual, but the
12-month subscription is calculated according to size of the Practice of which you are a principal. Subscription runs from and is
renewable on 1st January in each year. If you join during the year,
your first subscription will be reduced by 8% per month from 1st
January to the 1st of the month in which you are enrolling.
More than one principal from a practice can join. The
Principal Member/s will represent their Practice with full voting
rights at ACA general meetings and must be a registered architect
principal (i.e. partner/director or sole principal in private practice).
With even one principal member, all practice members can then benefit from that membership with regard to getting discounts etc. on publications and ACA events.
Eligible principals of a Practice who elect not to be Voting
Members (A) should be included at the Associate Subscription rate
(B) together with the fee covering all technical and administrative
staff relating to architecture at (C). The total paid for each Practice
totals A+B+C. There is a minimum subscription of £110 for the sole practitioner and a maximum subscription value of £519 pa for the larger practice.
